Assessment records, sketches and some photos of properties may be viewed from a computer terminal in the Assessing office. The staff will assist you in its operation. Copies of assessment cards may be printed for a dollar a parcel.

Sales books that include property record cards and photos of the sales (if available) are in the Assessor’s Office and available for review.

The Assessor’s Office supplies abatement forms, exemption applications and intent to cut forms.

11″ x 14″ copies of assessment maps are also available for $1.00.  Maps are also available to download as PDF files to your own device for free.  Please see the link to the left.

No orders are taken by telephone, however, written requests are accepted. There is a $1.00 charge per parcel or document and please include a self addressed stamped envelope along with the property owner’s name, location and if known, map and parcel ID.

Three standard reports:

  1. By owner’s name with mailing address and property location
  2. By property locations with owners and total assessments
  3. By map and parcel ID with owners, location and land/build/total assessed values

can be generated on hard copy or an ASCII file on CD or emailed for $50.00. CD’s of these reports can be imported into IBM ®compatible software spreadsheets (Excel© ) or databases.

Specialized reports can be generated on a case by case basis. The fee is negotiated and determined by the time involved and the type of data requested.
