DUMP STICKERS INFORMATION
- Registration cards for new stickers are at the Transfer Station and the applicant should have one of the following to accompany it to get their sticker:
- The vehicle shall have a current registration, and be registered in either Conway, Albany or Eaton;
- Out of area vehicles with a current registration shall show proof of property ownership in the form of a tax bill;
- Properties which are used for vacation rentals will not be issued to a specific vehicle, rather shall be issued to the property, therefore the Property Identification Number (PID) space shall be filled out on the registration card in lieu of the vehicle registration;
- Stickers will not be issued to non-residents or non-property owners, therefore, persons conducting a business in the area who lease their business space shall apply for a commercial account number; all businesses whether it’s professional, retail, commercial/industrial, etc., shall only access the facility via a commercial account number.
RECYCLING INFORMATION
Items that may be brought, at no charge, to the Conway Transfer Station include the following:
- Brown Corrugated Cardboard
- Mixed Paper (envelopes, cereal boxes, junk mail, egg cartons, etc)
- Aluminum Cans
- Glass (co-mingled green, brown and clear)
Glass shall be rinsed and caps removed. No windshields, painted glass, light bulbs, etc.
- Plastic (with symbols 1, 2, 3, 5 & 7)
- Tin Cans
- Newsprint and magazines
- Scrap Metal

Brush
|
Tree limbs less than five (5) inches in diameter, and brush, shall be separated and deposited in the area designated for controlled burning. Scrap Wood, painted wood, pressure-treated wood, stained wood, etc., shall not be accepted in this area and shall be classified as demolition material.

Appliances, pipe, wire, springs, auto parts, miscellaneous scrap metal shall be separated and deposited in a designated area. All hazardous capacitors shall be removed from appliances prior to disposal at site.

| Dump Store |
The purpose of this facility is to dispose of materials which are usable to the general public, thus avoiding land filling these items. Tipping fees shall not be avoided by placing materials in the dump store. Attendants shall have the authority to determine if items) are unacceptable to be left at the dump store. Materials may be picked up on a first come first serve basis. No materials shall be saved for an individual.
