AxisGIS Tax Maps and Cards

Assessment records, sketches and some photos of properties may be viewed from a computer terminal in the Assessing office.
Sales books that include property record cards and photos of the sales (if available) are in the Assessor’s Office and available for review.
The Assessor’s Office supplies abatement forms, exemption applications and intent to cut forms.
Three standard reports:
- By owner’s name with mailing address and property location
- By property locations with owners and total assessments
- By map and parcel ID with owners, location and land/build/total assessed values
Excel spreadsheets can be generated and emailed for $100.00.
Specialized reports can be generated on a case by case basis. The fee is negotiated and determined by the time involved and the type of data requested.
